KLC Projects delivered the redevelopment of Stannergate Industrial Park in Dundee, transforming a derelict brownfield site into a modern commercial estate.
The project involved extensive civil engineering works, including site clearance, remediation, drainage installation and the reconstruction of defective sewer infrastructure. New service connections were installed across the site, alongside the construction of access routes and hardstanding areas to support the development.

The upgrading work included the installation of external wall insulation, the installation of new solar panels, the removal of slated roofs and tiled roofs and installation of various types of re-roofing, also flat roofs, sarna installs, flat roof to pitch roof conversions, lead works extension of flues, all rainwater and plumbing works, upgrading facias, soffits and associated works.

The works involved the removal of existing insulation and the installation of new cavity wall insulation to improve thermal performance and energy efficiency. In total, 268 properties were upgraded as part of the programme, alongside associated access, plumbing and external works.
Works were carried out to occupied properties, requiring careful coordination and tenant engagement throughout.
The completed works have significantly improved insulation performance, reducing heat loss and enhancing comfort for residents.
